When I read the book, I felt little envy (😄😄😄) for young talent having an opportunity to get a quick preview of 25 years of career development experiences for future-readiness. I wish I had this kind of opportunity when I was starting my career. This book has the most comprehensive list of qualities that every career aspirant should strive for and related frameworks to help with further development and refinement. I believe it can be immensely beneficial for College/University graduates to have this content (including practical experience) as part of their curriculum. Unfortunately, there are not that many books available in the market for college graduates to understand what they need to be equipped with before getting into their first job. I can confidently say that this book can definitely help them before starting their first dream job. More importantly, this book is equally helpful for current job holders at all levels to get ready for future technology transformation.
